Health is a fickle thing, determined by too many whims – forever demanding time, patience, and a celibacy toward all wild choices. You know this – and so you have sought to change your life. It is not an easy process but it is still one you wish to continue with. Recovery demands more than will, however. It instead requires:
One: Continue with treatment. The most common mistake recovering addicts can make is to assume their programs are fleeting things. Once the initial steps are completed, it is believed that there is nothing else to learn. This is not true. To ensure success an individual must involve himself with all forms of therapy and aid.

Three: Avoid temptation. Too many former addicts believe themselves to be in control of their impulses.
